Our Track Record

With a leadership team boasting more than 40 years of experience in education and workforce development, ANDAP was founded to close skills gaps and strengthen the connection between learning, work, and economic progress.

For over four decades, ANDAP has supported the design and execution of large-scale training programs, working with public and private institutions across diverse contexts. Today, we combine that experience with a modern digital implementation capacity, enabled by strategic alliances, to broaden reach, improve execution, and strengthen program sustainability.

ANDAP operates internationally across Latin America, the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, adapting its approach to the regulatory, linguistic, and cultural environments of each context.

Institutional Mandate

We mobilize public and private resources — national and international — to design, operate, and scale workforce education systems with real, measurable impact. We view learning and work as interconnected. By aligning technology, implementation, and local capacity, we help more people access sustainable career pathways and enable institutions to sustain results over time.

mandato intitucional

To deliver high-quality, measurable workforce education that develops people capable of thriving in a rapidly transforming labor market, driving personal, economic, and social progress.

To be a workforce development institution recognized for the relevance, quality, and impact of its programs, sustained by excellence in implementation, human capital, technology, and strategic alliances.
